The ProFound Group, an Austin-based talent acquisition services firm, is responding to the growing demand for highly skilled managers, engineers and executives in renewable energy and cleantech by adding two key members to its staff.

Kyler Fields has joined the company as Chief Executive Officer while Amy Ancira joins ProFound as Vice President of Service & Recruiting. Both hires are part of ProFound’s investment plan for 2010, building out its management team and the development of innovative, high-ROI recruiting products.
Mr. Fields previously held positions as Vice President of Global Operations and Vice President of Business Development at Emigra. Prior to Emigra, Mr. Fields was the senior financial manager for Broadwing Communication’s $500M business markets division.
Previously with Tatum LLC, Ms. Ancira was responsible for recruiting, client management, and business development, working with a diverse group of industries and national clients.
