Best Christian Workplace Certification Awarded to Logos Bible Software
Bellingham, WA, February 17, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The Best Christian Workplaces Institute (BCWI) has announced that Logos Bible Software is a 2010 Certified Best Christian Workplace. This recognition is given following BCWI's survey of more than 6,700 employees from over 60 organizations across North America.
This is the fourth year Logos Bible Software has appeared on BCWI's Best Christian Workplace list.

"Receiving the Best Christian Workplace Certification reinforces the fact that it's not just the benefits and work environment of Logos that our employees appreciate, but it is also that we get to work on a product that helps Christians around the world study God's Word."
In order to be certified, organizations must complete the Best Christian Workplaces Institute Staff Engagement survey and meet predetermined standards of excellence. The survey covers such issues as: job satisfaction, organizational commitment, Christian witness, supervisory effectiveness, work satisfaction, personal growth and development, management effectiveness, customer/supporter satisfaction, teamwork, communications and pay and benefits. Employees answer more than 50 questions addressing these topics.
Logos Bible Software currently employs over 175 people and is looking to grow that number in 2010.
"We had a really strong 2009 with the launch of Logos 4," said Pritchett. "As we begin 2010 we are making a significant investment in the growth and future of Logos. One area of investment is hiring new talent in just about every department of the company. We have set some pretty lofty goals for the future and are looking for people who want to help us lead the way."
