Terms of the acquisition by Rugly Holdings, Inc. were not disclosed. Venturis Systems’ assets will be blended into Custom Toll Free operations to help the Seattle-based company continue its growth plans.

Venturis has the rights to a variety of premium toll free numbers and websites that support various industries, including the real estate market and tree services, among others.
