Creative Lodging Solutions Named One of the Best Places to Work in Kentucky

Lexington, KY, February 18, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Creative Lodging Solutions (http://www.yourcls.com) has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Kentucky 2010. They will be recognized and honored at the 6th annual Best Places to Work in Kentucky awards ceremony on April 21 in Lexington, KY.

This statewide survey and awards program identifies, recognizes, and honors the best places of employment in Kentucky, benefiting the state's economy, its workforce and businesses. The Best Places to Work in Kentucky 2010 list is made up of 64 companies and Creative Lodging Solutions has been named as one of these.

Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the Best Places to Work in Kentucky. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process in Kentucky and also analyzed the data to determine the final rankings.
