CSIA Announces $900M Budgeted for Technology Projects from 2010 C-Level @ A Mile High “Celebrities”

More than 50 “Celebrity” CIOs, CTOs, VPs of IT, and other leading technology executives, cumulatively have more than $900 million budgeted for technology projects in 2010.

Denver, CO, February 19, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The 4th annual C-Level @ A Mile High, March 11, 2010, is the largest gathering of technology professionals in Colorado, with more than 800 technology professionals expected to attend and 50+ “Celebrity” C-Suite executives. The event’s purpose is to stimulate business-to-business opportunities between Colorado technology companies and executives.

The “Celebrities” are the event’s special guests who attend the events to meet hundreds of businesses. In addition, these C-Level executives also offer future exclusive meetings for attendees who bid for that time through the Silent Auction.

“Celebrities” are decision makers for technology projects within their companies, and when extended an invitation to participate as a “Celebrity” they are asked what projects and budget dollars they are planning for 2010. A cumulative budget of more than $900M from “Celebrities” will be spent on technology projects including but not limited to: ERP implementations, storage, data warehouse solutions, Sharepoint implementations, CRM, managed security, web application development, business intelligence analytics, .Net migration, ETL solutions, data/application exchange, server upgrades, telephony upgrades, VOIP, and virtual agent technologies.

The proceeds from C-Level @ A Mile High help CSIA’s work to ensure a healthy business environment including legislative and regulatory issues. It will also support CSIA’s first-ever Industry Roadmap for the software, hardware and IT services industry in Colorado to provide strategic direction for our state.
