Flavors of Los Angeles Creates a Unique Gourmet Experience Under the Stars.
Los Angeles, CA, February 21, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The fourth annual Flavors of Los Angeles event, scheduled for May 23rd, at the City National Plaza in Downtown Los Angeles, spotlights premier chefs and restaurants to raise funds for the American Liver Foundation.
Flavors guests will experience a five-course culinary extravaganza, prepared tableside with wine pairings prepared by the top ten restaurants and chefs in Los Angeles, including: Host Chef and Executive Chef, Celestino Drago, Drago Centro; Host Chef and Executive Chef, Shigefumi Tachibe, Chaya Downtown; Chef Lincoln Fuge, Beso; Executive Chef Kevin Neehan, Café Pinot; Executive Chef Joe Miller, Joe’s; Chef John River Sedlar, Rivera; and, Executive Chef Gabriel Morales, Chef Chris Barnett and Chef Ricardo Valdes, Provecho.
Special guest, culinary connoisseur and Honorary Chair Sophie Gayot, GAYOT.com, joins members of the National Culinary Council for Flavors, including: Jacques Torres, Known as “Mr. Chocolate” and Food Network host; Paris-based journalist and author, Patricia Wells; and Roy Yamaguchi, founding Chef & owner of Roy’s Restaurants.
