Stephen O’Hara, CEO, is proud to announce the appointment of Robert and Jani Bielenberg, Bielenberg & Associates, Metro Brokers, as Regional Directors for PRC Network in Colorado.

PRC helps people find Realtors® that they can trust. Founder, Stephen O’Hara, a former top producing Realtors® for RE/MAX, envisions PRC as a way to help consumers identify top quality agents out of the more than 1.1 million members of the National Association of Realtors®. “Until now, the consumer had no real way to tell the difference between a new, inexperienced agent, and an agent with years of education and service oriented experience.” said O’Hara at a recent PRC convention held in Denver. “Gone are the days of picking an agent at random and taking your chances. The consumer can now access the PRC Network and get an experienced real estate professional.”

Only 250 will be chosen to represent the PRC Network in the State of Colorado, out of more than 23,000 Realtors® in the state. PRC is very particular about whom they invite into the organization and take extra steps to ensure the consumer is getting a true professional. To qualify, agents must have a minimum of three years experience in their community and have a proven high level of success. Each agent under consideration must pass a vigorous government level background check at the time of application and will be randomly tested every year thereafter. “Being the Regional Directors for Colorado, affords us a unique opportunity to identify agents who rise above their peers. Not necessarily by their sale volume, but by their level of service and experience.” said Jani.

Robert and Jani Bielenberg are members of the Denver Board of Realtors (DBR) and have earned seats on the DBR Million Dollar Roundtable for many years. Robert has held many leadership positions with Metro Brokers, Inc., including two terms as President. Jani serves on the DBR’s Grievance Committee and was recently selected to serve on the national Grassroots Advisory Panel for CRS (Certified Residential Specialists).
