National Investors took two executive office suites for a six month term renewable for three consecutive terms at current market rates, as well as an option for the suite adjacent to their current offices. The option was negotiated to allow them room for expansion while keeping current overhead to a minimum.

The space was a perfect match for our needs since we are on the road more than 80% of the time.
