Heated Pressure Washer Now Supports Extra Long Hoses for Indoor Jobs
Super Max™ 12000 includes a new technology that can power hoses up to 200 feet long without losing cleaning pressure.
Woburn, MA, February 28, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Daimer Industries®, a global provider of industrial cleaning systems, introduced Long Hose Technology (LHT) across its 12000 series of mid-range, propane heated pressure washers systems. The new units include the Super Max™ 12200, 12300, 12500 GE and 12500 PE.
LHT is an architecture that provides near-constant cleaning power along the length of hoses as long as 300 feet. Long hoses allow cleaning professionals to place the base unit of a gas, fuel, or propane pressure washer in a fuel-friendly location and use the cleaning nozzle almost anywhere. Fuel-friendly locations include garages and well-ventilated rooms, such as those for storing boilers.
“LHT helps to extend the users investment,” noted Matthew Baratta, a Daimer.com spokesperson. “Cleaning pros can now use their best pressure washers anywhere they can reach with a long hose without concern about exhaust.”
Extended Hoses, Versatile Pressure Washers
The LHT design allows power washers to maintain consistent pressure across a hose – regardless of its length. A pressure washer lacking this design can lose power when connected to a long hose.
The 12000 series of pressure washer machines come with 50-foot hoses. Longer hose lengths and extensions are available from Daimer®. The 12000 systems are propane heated and can clean with cold water, hot water or steam. The 12200 and 12300 models are powered by electric motors. The 12500 GE is powered by a gas engine and the 12500 PE is powered by a propane engine.
These mid-range pressure washer systems offer 2000 to 3000 psi and 4 to 5 GPM, depending on the model. Multi-gun operation is available at extra cost.
More Technology for Long Hose Users
These electric-powered pressure washer machines are also available in Automatic Shutoff Technology® (AST®) versions that enter hibernation after a half minute of inactivity. Hibernation allows users with extended hoses to go on break without having to return to the base unit to shut it off.
The systems include pressurized 50-foot hoses, but 25-foot, 50-foot and longer segments are available either as a single length or daisy-chained with quick disconnects for use with applications not requiring a long hose.
