Rocky Patel to be at Maxwell and Dunne's Steakhouse for Cigar & Wine Dinner

Plainview, NY, November 02, 2006 --(PR.com)-- Rocky Patel, founder and owner of the cigar company that bears his name, will be at Maxwell and Dunne's Steakhouse for a Cigar and Wine Dinner on Monday, November 20 at 7pm. It is going to be one of the biggest and best events at Maxwell and Dunne’s all year. On this night Rocky will host a five course food, wine and cigar party in addition to showing his world class culinary skills in the kitchen. Rocky and Chef Chris Palmer will be cooking together for the first time in what is expected to be a one of kind event. Special pricing on box sales include: Java, Olde World Reserve, Vintage 90 and 92, Connecticut Vintage 1999 as well as Vintage Sun Growns, Edge Missiles and Edge Lite. Special pricing on all Rocky Patel boxes will be available this evening. 

The menu includes: Lobster Samosa Heirloom potato / African lobster / white truffle Prosecco Shrimp and Calamari Salad Navel orange / mint / baby fennel Hess “Su’skol Vineyard” Chardonnay Napa Valley, 2005 Braised Lamb Shank Mille Feuille Homemade pasta ribbon / mirepoix / Parmesan tuile Hess “Mountain Cuvee” Mount Vedder, Napa Valley 2003 Fillet Mignon Medallion Chick pea fries / Salgmorillo sauce Hess Collection Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley 1997 Mint Panna Cotta Bittersweet anglaise / strawberry Columbian Coffee Cream / raw sugar. All wines be paired by their Wine Director, Ben Milano and include an array of Hess selections as well as a Prosecco to kick off the evening.

The cost for this one time event is $150 for all members and $175 for non-members.
