ILG Announced as Finalists in Gatwick Diamond Business Awards
Burgess Hill, United Kingdom, March 01, 2010 --(PR.com)-- International Logistics Group (ILG), UK-based providers of warehousing, fulfilment and international shipping solutions, have been named as one of the three finalists for ‘The Award for Customer Delight’ at the Gatwick Diamond Business Awards.
The Gatwick Diamond Business Awards annually recognise and reward business innovation and success in an aim to raise awareness of entrepreneurship and business excellence in the Gatwick area. This year’s awards are held at the Gatwick Hilton on Thursday 4th March, 2010. The awards will be guest presented by Sir Alan Sugar’s right-hand man from The Apprentice, Nick Hewer.
The Award for Customer Delight is an award to recognise businesses who have customer satisfaction at the heart of their business operations, and who have a measurable track record in attracting and retaining customers. ILG are up against The Local Bookkeeper UK and Arora Hotels Limited in the race for first prize.
“We’re delighted to have been nominated for the ‘Customer Delight’ award and hope it shows just how much effort we put into each and every customer we deal with on a daily basis,” says Grant Ashley MD of ILG. “Whether it’s a potential customer or an existing one, we always maintain the same level of care and attention with each and every person who contacts us to use our services. We have our fingers crossed in anticipation and wish the other participants luck for when the ceremony rolls around in March.”
