Cure Your Cabin Fever With a Family Concert by Miss Lynn

Cuyahoga Falls, OH, March 01, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Acclaimed children’s singer/songwriter Miss Lynn (a.k.a. Lynn Hickernell) will host a family concert on Friday, March 12 at 4:30 p.m. in The Auditorium at Cuyahoga Falls High School. Miss Lynn will cure your family’s cabin fever with songs from her debut CD, Outside the Lines. Admission is $5 per child; adults and children age 2 and under are free. Tickets are available at the door.

Children and adults alike find Miss Lynn’s songs funny, poignant, and energizing. Her music is featured on KOL Jr., the site for preschool kids and their parents hosted by America Online. Lynn’s songs are also played on Pandora (www.pandora.com) and AOL's Kidz Stuff! Radio.

Miss Lynn is thrilled to kick off her multi-state tour here in northeast Ohio. “My favorite things are singing and being with kids,” says Miss Lynn. “This concert in Cuyahoga Falls gives me the opportunity to do both!”

After many years of not quite fitting into more conventional jobs, including as a Children’s Librarian and Director of Christian Education, Miss Lynn, a resident of Nashville, TN, was inspired to follow a more unique path, writing and performing music for kids. The title song from her CD, “Outside the Lines,” is all about doing things your own way. She hopes her music inspires kids to follow their own paths too.
