The acquisition includes approximately 1,000 wireless internet customers, 25 tower locations and is contiguous to TierOne’s southern network. The acquisition represents the fifth in a rapid series of transactions scheduled to close in 2010, which taken together, will create the largest WISP in TX & OK.
Dallas, TX, March 01, 2010 --(PR.com)-- TierOne Networks, a Dallas-based Wireless Internet Service Provider ("WISP") today announced that it closed its 5th WISP acquisition of CDi Broadband in Johnson County, Texas. The acquisition includes approximately 1,000 wireless internet customers, 25 tower locations and is contiguous to TierOne’s southern network. The acquisition represents the fifth in a rapid series of transactions scheduled to close in 2010, which taken together, will create the largest WISP in TX & OK.
