New Online Education Helps Real Estate Investors Analyze Deals

Mooresville, NC, March 03, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The Real Estate Investing Minute, a twice weekly web tv show that informs and teaches real estate investors about investment strategies and real estate news announced a new educational offering today.

Many new and potential real estate investors find it difficult to get comfortable with calculating the retail value of a property reducing their confidence in making offers and closing more real estate deals.

The Real Estate Investing Minute has unveiled a new 6 week course designed to answer new and experienced investors questions when it comes to finding and analyzing real estate deals. During the 6 week course topics will include how to generate leads, how to network with realtors to bring in free foreclosure listings and how to calculate the value of retail properties. The course will also spotlight a section on analyzing cash flow properties and understanding the main components of the analysis.

Judson Voss, co-host, producer and long time real estate investor will be hosting each of the weekly hour long webinars. Each webinar will consist of a 30-40 minute lecture style teaching and then the floor will be opened up to students to ask their real estate investing questions and also present deals they would like analyzed.
