Seminal Films Announces the Release of Boys of Summerville

Los Angeles, CA, March 04, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Seminal Films is pleased to announce the release of Boys of Summerville, a family comedy about going home.

Soon after returning to visit his hometown, Peter Davis gets sucked back into the local obsession of men’s professional softball and has to lead the eccentric Summerville Hornets through one more season. A feel-good comedy for the whole family about rekindling old friendships, finding true love, connecting with your roots, and playin’ a whole lotta softball.

The film is produced by Lycan Entertainment and Brooks Benjamin and executive produced by Rui DaSilva and Mathius Mack Gertz.

The Knoxville Journal says, “watch out Will Ferrell... Wes Murphy is my new favorite comedic actor.” Boys of Summerville has a release date of March 9, 2010.
