GRAPA Offers Free Downloads of Publications & Presentations Through Telco Fraud Officer Library
GRAPA's all-new Telco Fraud Officer Program announces the release of the new Telco Fraud Officer library, offering free downloads of valuable whitepapers, presentations and more.
Chicago, IL, March 10, 2010 --(PR.com)-- To continue with the tradition of being an organization dedicated to the professional development of its members, the Global Revenue Assurance Professionals Association (GRAPA) is pleased to announce the release of the all-new Telco Fraud Officer Library. This library features exciting and highly informational content on topics relating to telco fraud management. All Telco Fraud Officer library downloads are available for free to GRAPA members.
This library, available at telecom-fraud.org, is a new addition to the materials and professional certification already offered by the Telco Fraud Officer program. It features free downloads of valuable whitepapers and other information. This includes webinar videos from Telco Fraud Officer Committee Meetings, which feature detailed explanations of what students will be able to learn at the new Telco Fraud Officer Certification Training Course. These webinars break the course down day-by-day to give viewers and listeners a comprehensive summary of what will be found within the course curriculum.
In addition, the Telco Fraud Officer Library features a whitepaper entitled "Using the Circle of Trust to Enhance Fraud Management in Emerging Markets", written by Ade Banjoko, Chairman of the GSM Africa Fraud Forum and a member of the Telco Fraud Officer Committee. The Circle of Trust whitepaper looks at creating a telco network to share fraud incidences in a safe, controlled manner in order to prevent these frauds from occurring on a larger scale.
Pamela Noriega, GRAPA Chairperson for Latin America and Telco Fraud Officer Committee Member, has also graciously allowed the distribution of her presentation from Telecoms Fraud and Risk Prevention 2009, held recently in Kuala Lumpur. These slides cover key topics in fraud management and risk prevention.
Anyone interested in submitting their own research, presentations or other materials to the Telco Fraud Officer Library may do so by sending an email to info@grapatel.com.
