Dew Yoga Grand Reopening Celebration, March 21, 2010
Stamford, CT, March 11, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Dew Yoga Studio will celebrate its second year by opening a new studio at 923 High Ridge Road on March 21.
Dew Yoga is a community-oriented studio led by Jen Irwin, R.Y.T. certified Kripalu Yoga instructor who has taught at schools, studios and fitness centers in Connecticut for many years.
Free yoga classes and activities on opening day will offer visitors an opportunity to meet teachers, discuss programs for community enrichment and to see the new studio which is conveniently accessible from the Merritt Parkway, I-95 and public transportation in downtown.
Free classes begin 9:30 a.m. with a Moderate Kripalu class for experienced Yoga students led by Irwin and continue throughout the day for novices and more experienced students. Henna tattoos by Manju and chair massage by Melinda Loo will also be available along with nutritious snacks. Donation raffles will offer a chance to win Gift Certificates for local restaurants, yoga classes and yoga apparel shops in the area.
Dew Yoga’s mission is to build community by making Yoga and wellness practices widely accessible. Sliding scale fees are available for those with financial or medical hardships. Karma donation (no fee) classes are offered weekly and outreach projects are planned.
