Take ‘n’ bake pizza stores show the love by making a difference.
March 16th customers can stop by either two of the Camas, Washington Papa Murphy's locations and Papa Murphy’s will donate all proceeds to The Trautman Family, who is struggling to fight back against the crippling effects of the H1N1 virus.
After 25 surgeries, 10 CT scans and 34 chest x-rays, Tom Trautman has proven to be a fighter against the H1N1 virus that almost took his life last month. Tom is a dedicated husband of 22 years and the father of 5 but, due to these unexpected turn of events, his role as provider for his family has been put on hold. Although Tom has survived unbelievable odds, his battle is far from over as he faces a long road of recovery, rising medical bills and at least 12 months out of work.
“One of the great opportunities we have here at Papa Murphy’s is the availability to give to our communities,” said franchise owner Jim Lovelace. “Creating an opportunity for others in our local communities to buy a pizza and impact a life is just one way we can all be a part of something bigger than ourselves.”
Join your local community and Papa Murphy’s Pizza on Tuesday, March 16th at the two participating locations and help this local family fight back. If you would like to help by contributing to the Trautman Family Support Fund, a donation account has been setup to assist the family with living expenses. Donations can be made at any Wells Fargo Bank. Simply let the teller know that you would like to contribute to the “Trautman Family Support Fund” (Donation Account #7580230311).
