3rd Annual World Medical Tourism and Global Healthcare Congress Los Angeles Follows Up to Great Reviews

West Palm Beach, FL, March 13, 2010 --(PR.com)-- With over 2 years of success, the Medical Tourism Association (MTA) is pleased to announce its 3rd Annual Global Healthcare and Medical Tourism Conference that will take place in Los Angeles, September 22-24th, 2010 with up to 2,000 expected attendees.

This year’s agenda has specifically dedicated quality time for one-on-one, pre-scheduled networking meetings. With over 120 exhibitors from over 60 different countries, exhibitors at the conference will have the convenience of scheduling meetings at their own booths. With the innovative and easy-to-use software, attendees will now have the ability to select pre-scheduled 10 minute meetings with up to 50 companies by just a click of a mouse. The networking software will allow attendees to display a profile including their name, website, and any other necessary contact information regarding their business. In addition, the software has also included a detailed search criterion to help narrow down results.

Last year’s attendees which included top industry leaders and policy makers provided an overwhelming, positive response to the success of the conference and its ability to network one-on-one, attend educational workshops, and exchange knowledge and ideas in helping to move the medical tourism industry forward.

The Ministers Summit that took place accomplished ministers of tourism and health to meet and discuss ways to increase the quality of healthcare worldwide, patient safety, policy relations, and collaborative roles of global agencies in fostering medical tourism development worldwide.

Similarly, to have all of them available to listen to each of us explaining the benefits of Health and Medical Tourism in South Africa far outweight the cost of traveling and registration. It truly was value for money in a thousand ways."
~ Dr Molefi Sefularo, Deputy Minister of Health, South Africa

In addition, the conference received tremendous feedback from those in the healthcare and insurance industry that brought key players together to become more aware of medical tourism worldwide.
