Lehman, Lee & Xu’s Richard Wageman Makes Presentation to General Electric Executives

Beijing, China, November 07, 2006 --(PR.com)-- Lehman, Lee & Xu's commercial and franchising practice head, Richard Wageman, was invited to take part in a panel discussion among many of the world's top advertising lawyers. The panel was composed of Global Advertising Lawyers Association members who were presented with a hypothetical fact pattern drawing on advertising in TV infomercials, product placement, internet, TV commercials, in relation to legal requirements/restrictions in China, Europe and South America. 

Mr. Wageman commented that the panel discussion was much appreciated by the 50 or so GE advertising executives in attendance, including representatives from NBC, one of the company’s subsidiaries.
