57% Sales Growth Reported for Rocky Mountain Vacation Rentals
Increases in reservations, sales, and net revenue reported despite poor economy.
Vail, CO, March 13, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Rocky Mountain Vacation Rentals, a vacation rental provider for ski resort areas, reported today a 57 percent increase in gross sales for the 2010 ski season as of March 1, 2010. Rocky Mountain Vacation Rentals also gained an 83 percent increase in reservation volume during the ski season. The increase in sales and revenue occurred despite poor economic conditions.
“I believe that our local, friendly, and knowledgeable staff, in addition to providing quality vacation rentals and concierge services, is the reason we have seen an increase in sales, despite the bad economy,” stated Rocky Mountain Vacation Rentals owner and founder Tommy Z. Hoffman. He projects further growth over the next few seasons that will lead to expansion of the company. “We will be expanding into beach, urban, and more ski markets across the nation,” he said.
With a few weeks left in the ski season, James Bengala, National Sales and Marketing Director for Rocky Mountain Vacation Rentals, expects the positive sales numbers to increase even more. “Most customers are booking their last minute ski vacations within days of the trip, creating a delay in the company’s reporting,” he commented. Bengala also expects further sales growth for the company with the recent addition of its Group Sales Division that accommodates special event (including wedding) travelers, corporate travelers, sports teams, and more.
