Temple's SBDC Offers Free Request For Proposal Writing Seminar
The Temple University Small Business Development Center will hold its free Request For Proposal (RFP) Seminar for new and existing small business owners. The program is called Preparation Proposal & Submission and will give the ins and outs of writing an RFP.
Philadelphia, PA, March 17, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Responding to a government request for proposal can be challenging. What should be included? How should it be written? These are just a couple of the many questions business owners may have on the subject and an answer can be provided for free. On March 25, 2010, the Temple University SBDC will hold its Preparation Proposal & Submission program to assist business owners in responding to a government Request For Proposal (RFP.)
Before you spend your hard earned cash on a consultant to help write a RFP, attend the Preparation Proposal & Submission for absolutely free. Attendees will learn how to dissect the solicitation, how to organize the proposal and also learn tips on writing the proposal document. The program will be hosted by the Temple University Procurement Technical Assistance Program, also known as PTAP, which is a department of the Temple SBDC.
If further assistance is needed after the program, attendees may also look into becoming a PTAP client at the Temple SBDC. PTAP provides free to low cost training, free consulting, and free bid leads to companies that are interested in government procurement and are located in the Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, and Delaware counties in Pennsylvania.
Preparation Proposal & Submission will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Temple SBDC building, 1510 Cecil B. Moore Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19121.
