Incorporation of New Partners in Consortium - El Salvador

Suzanne de Tablas
Lawyer and Notary Public. Graduated from the Alberto Masferrer University, and specialized in Patents and Trademarks, in the Academy of Patents and Trademarks of the United States of America, Washington DC, USPTO; and in Copyrights, at the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. She is the Head of the Intellectual Property Department of the firm in El Salvador. Has experience in this area of law, specifically in the Litigation and Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights, Patents, Trademarks and Copyrights in the private and public sector. She is also a former Prosecutor of Intellectual Property crimes in El Salvador.
Maria Alejandra Tulipano
Panamanian lawyer, graduated from Universidad Santa Maria La Antigua in Panama. Subsequently obtained her Masters in International Legal Studies with an emphasis in International Protection of Human Rights from the American University, Washington College of Law - Washington, DC. She was an associate Attorney at Illueca & Associates Law Firm in Panama, Republic of Panama. Later on, she was appointed as Legal Counselor and Chief of the Legal Department of the Panamanian Embassy to the Government of the United States of America from 1999 to February 2004 and to the Government of the Republic of El Salvador from March 2004 to June 2008, in this last appointment she also performed duties as Charge D´Affairs in several periods of time. Her experience also includes Consultant appointments on Central America integration matters for the “Secretaria General del Sistema de la Integración Centroamericana” SG-SICA and the Panamerican Health Organization (PAHO) in Washington,DC. She is the Head of the Corporate Department of El Salvador office. She has extensive experience in Corporate, Estate Planning and International Law.
Diego Martin-Menjivar
Lawyer, graduated with honors from the Universidad Dr. Jose Matias Delgado. He earned a Masters in Private Law from the Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona (UAB) and is currently in the process of obtaining a doctorate degree in law from the same institution. He was the Legal Director of MAPFRE | Assistance, a company that provides assistance and reinsurance, member to MAPFRE Group in El Salvador, with extensive experience in Insurance Law. His practice focuses in the corporate area, with emphasis in Insurance, Banking and Financial Law, Foreign Investment, International Business and Mergers & Acquisitions.
Oscar Samour
Lawyer, graduated with honors from the Universidad Centroamericana (UCA). As a Fulbright Scholar, he obtained a Masters of Law (LL.M), with honors focusing on International Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California. He also received training in the American Legal System at Columbia University School of Law in New York. He was an intern in one of the most prestigious law firms in the United States specialized in Arbitration, King & Spalding LLP. His practice focuses in the area of arbitration and litigation and in the corporate area, with emphasis in Banking and Financial Law, Foreign Investment, International Business and Mergers & Acquisitions.
