Latest Recipient of RefrigeratorArtist.com's Savings Bond Prize Announced
Second-grader Chloe Hoskins-Ward has been awarded $400 in U.S. savings bonds for creating the winning artwork in the RefrigeratorArtist.com monthly contest.
Reston, VA, March 22, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Chloe Hoskins-Ward, a second-grader from Bruceton, Tennessee, is the latest young artist to receive $400 in U.S. savings bonds from RefrigeratorArtist.com.
The website provides a place for parents to store and share their children’s artwork online and hosts a monthly drawing that any parent may enter for free. Parents enter by selecting one piece of art from their child’s gallery each month to receive votes from other site members. Every vote the artwork receives becomes another entry in the drawing, increasing the artist’s chances of winning the savings bonds that month.
Chloe's mother, Kim, enjoys using RefrigeratorArtist.com, calling it "a real self-esteem builder for Chloe." One of Kim's favorite things about the website is that there is a large gallery, called the public children's art gallery, as well as an individual art gallery where she and friends and family members can view just Chloe's artwork.
Chloe's winning artwork, "Hummingbird," can be seen in the public children's art gallery on RefrigeratorArtist.com, along with dozens of other pieces of artwork, including those entered in the March contest.
