The “Supermodel Diet” was written by long time friends and colleagues Alexander Michaels and Dr. Marta Bali. Alexander Michaels is the author of several books on self development and has conducted a variety of seminars in both Europe and the USA on the subject. His works include books such as The Secrets of Self Mastery, Relationship Marketing, and From Here to There- a Journey in Love Poems and Letters are amongst other titles.
