Brandon Weiss Awarded Graduate Master Builder Designation
Brandon Weiss, owner of Weiss Building & Development LLC, a Chicagoland home builder is proud to announce that he has earned the designation of Graduate Master Builder. In doing so he is only the 11th in the State of Illinois.
St. Charles, IL, March 18, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Brandon Weiss, of Weiss Building & Development LLC became one of the more than 400 professional builders nationwide to attain a Graduate Master Builder Administered by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) University of Housing, the GMB program is sponsored locally by the Northern Illinois Home Builders Association.
To qualify for the GMB certificate program, a builder must have attained the Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) or Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR) designation; or have successfully completed three courses and have at least ten years of building business experience.
GMB graduates complete an intensive series of five, six-hour courses on business management techniques, and the newest trends and technology in the building industry. Brandon is only the 11th GMB in the entire state of Illinois.
GMB program graduates are required to maintain their designation by completing 12 hours of continuing education every 3 years.
