eBridge Solutions, a leading document management provider, was named as a finalist in the Tampa Bay Best Places To Work contest.
Tampa, FL, March 20, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The Tampa Bay Business Journal (TBBJ) has named eBridge Solutions as a finalist for their 2010 Best Places to Work competition. TBBJ chose 60 local finalists for this year’s competition and has sorted them into four categories based on number of employees. eBridge Solutions falls into the category with the most nominees – companies with 25 employees or less.
Companies were nominated by their employees. Finalists were chosen after employees voluntarily filled out anonymous surveys online with Quantum Market Research. Questions focused on areas like team effectiveness, trust with coworkers, feeling valued and people practices.
eBridge Solutions earned their spot as a finalist by offering great benefits to its employees, having a fun and family-type atmosphere in the office and by having an open-door policy that allows all employees to communicate freely with management and other coworkers.
