John Fischer Joins Certified Business Brokers (CBB) in Houston

Houston, TX, March 20, 2010 --(PR.com)-- CBB is pleased to announce that it recently added John Fischer as a new member of its team of business intermediaries in Houston, Texas.

Fischer brings to CBB his 15 years of experience in investment banking and private equity and a proven track record developing and managing complex multi million-dollar investment transactions for institutional clients. As a veteran of Morgan Stanley, CB Richard Ellis Investors and ING Barings, John has deep understanding of Mergers and Acquisitions and expertise in finding and creating investment value. He holds a BA in Economics from Wake Forest University and a MBA from University of Chicago.

As part of the CBB team, Fischer will serve as M&A advisor and business broker and will perform business valuations, list companies for sale, and serve as liaison between buyers and sellers in business sale transactions.
