Chicago brokerage Dream Town Realty announces the addition of real estate agent Richard Mell to the company. Mr. Mell is a licensed broker who specializes in condo, townhome and co-op sales on the North and Northwest sides of the city.

Mr. Mell is one of four agents to join Dream Town in the month of February. He is a licensed Illinois real estate broker who specializes in condo, townhome and co-op sales.
With Dream Town, Mr. Mell will be a residential consultant and broker. His professional services include buyer representation for home purchasers and listing/marketing assistance for home sellers. Mr. Mell's area of expertise is Chicago's North Side housing market. He is especially knowledgeable and experienced in Lakeview, Lincoln Park and the Northwest neighborhoods of the city.
