On an average day, People Search News publishes at least three new articles relating to people search technology and happenings. However, based on the number of questions these articles prompted, People Search News.com came to the conclusion that its readers needed more. Thus, People Search News.com staff decided that they needed a more interactive approach.

“We felt the need to make the staff more available to our readers. Immediately, we thought a live chat option would be the most viable option. Since then, we have implemented the “Shout Box” on almost every PSN page,” Mr. Dubleche said.

People Search News has also redesigned their forums. “For those seeking a more interactive and long term type of communication, we did some serious re-vamping in our forums. We now have an area for people to leave messages for each other in addition to our many other search niche based forums,” People Search News staff writer Frank Kissle said.
