Leah Koenig, MA Announces a New Love and Logic® Class - "Early Childhood Parenting Made Fun!®" in Redmond Washington Starting April 13, 2010
Redmond, WA, March 30, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Leah Koenig, MA, Parent Coach, Child & Family therapist announces a five week Love and Logic® class. "Early Childhood Parenting Made Fun!®" for birth to age six. The class is co-facilitated by Marlon Familton, marriage therapist and partner at Collaborative Couples and Family Counseling, LLC in Bellevue WA.
The class will be presented at Sammamish Montessori School in Redmond WA starting April 13, 2010. Held on five consecutive Tuesdays from 6:30pm to 8:30pm, the cost is $75 for an individual and $130 for a couple.
Love and Logic® is a parenting approach, created in 1977, that helps parents learn to set limits with their children in loving ways and thus creates happy families and responsible kids. Ms. Koenig will cover:
-Handling misbehavior without breaking a sweat
-Teaching kids to listen the first time
-Avoiding power struggles
-Limits for happier parents and happier kids
-What to do when your kids leave you speechless
"As a Parent Coach, we cover lots of ground on the way toward helping parents move closer to their goals for family and parenting. Love and Logic is a quick, easy and fun approach that works," Koenig says. "I think so highly of it that my coaching clients are invited to attend the class for free."
