Visiting Physicians Association® Names Terry Practice Manager at Muskegon Office
Amy Jo Terry, RN, hired as the newest practice manager in VPA office that covers the Greater Lakeshore area, including Muskegon, Ottawa, Oceana and Newaygo Counties.
Muskegon, MI, March 24, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Visiting Physicians Association® (VPA®, www.visitingphysicians.com) announced the hiring of Amy Jo Terry, RN, as the new practice manager for its Muskegon office at 800 Ellis Rd., Suite 225. VPA’s Muskegon location covers the Greater Lakeshore area, including Muskegon, Ottawa, Oceana and Newaygo Counties.

In her role as practice manager, Terry is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the administrative and clinical area. She also will be handling management responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures for the Physician Practice.
Terry has more than 20 years experience in home care. Prior to joining VPA, she served in several capacities with Hackley Visiting Nurse Service & Hospice, including quality improvement director, utilization review/charge nurse and RN case manager.
Outside the office, Terry is the chair of the Michigan Home Health Association Quality Improvement Committee. She also is a member of the National Home Care Association, National Hospice and Palliative Care Association and Mercy Health Partners Local Integrity Committee.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Grand Valley State University, a diploma in nursing from Hackley School of Nursing and an Associate in Science degree from Muskegon Community College.
