Oaks Development Enters Fort Worth, TX Market

Fort Worth, TX, March 26, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The Texas branch of Oaks Development, www.oaksdevelopment.net, has recently extended its reach into the Fort Worth area. Oaks is currently under contract for a proposed 60,000 SF medical office building site located in Midtown at the northeast corner of Rosedale and Forest Park. Oaks is excited to be the integral piece in getting this project off the ground. The medical office building will offer Oaks' unique tenant-ownership model that gives ownership to the building's tenants, investors and the developer.

The Midtown Medical Office Building will be Oaks' fifth project in Texas and its first project in the Fort Worth area. Construction is expected to begin in the summer of 2010. The building will include practice areas such as pain management, vascular surgery and an on-site pharmacy. There is limited space still available in the building for other complementary practices.
