Arizona's Arrowhead Grill Offers Easter Brunch
Glendale Restaurant to Serve a Variety of Menu Items for April 4th Holiday
Glendale, AZ, April 01, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Renowned Valley chef Charles Wade Schwerd is inviting Valley residents to join him for Easter Brunch this year.
Schwerd’s west Valley restaurant, Arrowhead Grill, will offer a special Easter Brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 4, with a special menu including the choice of roasted leg of lamb, honey-baked ham, an 8-ounce Prime Rib, Atlantic salmon or swordfish. The cost is $29.99 per person and reservations are required.
Along with the delicious entrees, Arrowhead Grill staples will be served for sides, including maple mashed sweet potatoes, sautéed asparagus, AG hash browns and the restaurant’s very special creamed corn. Dessert will also be offered for an additional $5.99 and will include the restaurant’s very popular butter cake, crème brulee vanilla and chocolate bread pudding among other items.
“We’re offering a terrific menu this year,” Schwerd said. “Rather than spending the day cooking, why not enjoy it with us?”
Schwerd has spent the past two decades carving out a reputation as one of the Valley’s finest chefs.
