French Quarter Restaurant & Bar Hosts Special Sunday Brunch
In Celebration of the Easter Holiday.
Hallandale Beach, FL, April 02, 2010 --(PR.com)-- On Sunday, April 4, Mardi Gras Casino’s signature restaurant, French Quarter Restaurant & Bar, offers patrons a special Easter Brunch featuring a variety of traditional favorites, salad bar, and a chef’s selection of desserts and pies.
Menu highlights include hand carved Prime Rib of Beef au jus with horseradish cream sauce, Virginia ham topped with brown sugar honey glaze served with a pineapple maraschino sauce, baked Cod served with fire roasted red peppers, mélange of olives, sun dried tomatoes and goat cheese sauce, steamed Snow Crab clusters served with cocktail sauce and drawn butter, Veal Parmigiana, and oak smoked Salmon served with red onions, chopped hard boiled egg and a cucumber dill sauce.
The Easter Brunch is $22.95 per person (plus tax and 15% gratuity) and will be served between 12:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. For reservations, please call 954-924-3232.
