Irish Lynch Hotels Enhances Efficiency and Profitability with Hotellinx Suite Centralized Hotel & Restaurant Solution
Turku, Finland, November 11, 2006 --(PR.com)-- Lynch Hotels, which is one of the largest hotel groups in Ireland, is currently going through a process of enhancing efficiency in their organisation by eliminating unnecessary manual work, moving of data between units and storing of duplicate data.
Lynch Hotels have had several different hotel management and POS systems within the group and have for a few years been looking for one centralized system that could replace them all and work not only for each hotel, but also for the central office.
The system that the Lynch Hotels finally chose was Hotellinx Suite and the first installation in the group was in their central office in June 2006, after which the roll-out in the individual hotels continued with Breaffy House and Breaffy International Sports Hotel. By the end of the year all Lynch hotels will be using Hotellinx Suite.
Lynch Hotels will be using all Hotellinx Suite front office and other hotel management functions in all their hotels and in their central office, and they will also use the built in Hotellinx POS in several of their restaurants. Hotel bookings made on the Lynch Hotels web site are directly integrated with Hotellinx Suite.
The main reasons for the Lynch Hotels to choose Hotellinx Suite were that they wanted a centralized multi-property system, where bedrooms, meeting rooms and activities of all hotels can be handled in one system, where moving of data between systems is minimized and where reports and marketing are automatically centralized.
