Glass Craft & Bead Expo Vendor to Provide Free in Booth Demonstrations on Sandblasting Techniques
Expert Sandcarver, Glass Artist and Master Sandblasting Teacher Butch Young will be Demonstrating Carving Techniques and Gold Leafing Techniques in Booth 717 of the 2010 Las Vegas Glass Craft & Bead Expo April 9th - 11th, 2010. These demonstrations are sponsored by Rayzist Photomask.
Vista, CA, April 05, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Sandblasting Equipment Manufacturer Rayzist Photomask will be joined by Expert Sandcarver Glass Artist and Master Teacher Butch Young at this year’s Glass Craft & Bead Expo in Las Vegas. Butch Young will be demonstrating in-booth carving techniques on light frosting, beginning carving and touching on advanced techniques using the Super Grit Pit Sandcarving System. She will explain how you can use these carving techniques to shape glass. There will be free guilding and gold leafing techniques throughout the day. Visit booth 717 for demonstration times. Butch Young worked with Rayzist Photomask to design a advanced sandblasting system for the needs of the sandcarving artist. This sandcarving system is designed with features such as dual zoned halogen lighting, black interior lined with neoprene, large blasting slot for unrestricted arm movement, large viewing window and full cabinet door entry. In addition to these features the system comes standard with automatically recycling, vortex, and HEPA filtration built on the system.
