Agreement Near on Distribution of Breakthrough Oil Pumping Technology
Rancho Cucamonga, CA, April 05, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Global Industrial of America, Inc, distributor of industrial components worldwide, and Stripper Solutions LLC, developer of the new Blackstorm Oil Production System (BPS), are now in the final stages of talks that would designate Global Industrial of America master distributor of this revolutionary portable pumping system.
Unlike the traditional pump jack—a complex and labor-intensive machine that hasn't changed significantly since the 1930s—the BPS is a simple one-piece pumping unit that requires only one person to install and service, saving over 90% in labor costs alone. The new system has no moving parts to wear out, corrode or break, no rods, no beam pump, and no work-over rig. In fact, a single operator can attach the BPS portable platform to a pickup truck, drive up to a well and install it in less than twenty minutes.
"We're very excited about becoming the worldwide distributor of the new BPS technology," says Marcel Millot of Global Industrial of America. "It's a real game changer. Now companies will be able to extract fluid at less than half the cost per barrel than conventional equipment. That opens the door to cheaper oil and gas exploration, and an increase in the number and profitability of stripper wells that can be tapped. Plus, it allows users to reopen wells that were previously closed due to high production costs."
Millot notes that savings can also be realized from the elimination of chemical treatments required for corrosion, lower Workman's Compensation rates due to increased safety, reduced maintenance costs, and a projected longer useful life of the system based on the absence of multiple moving parts that can wear out. "It's a major cost-saver and a important advancement for the oil industry."
The BPS uses a thermoplastic tubing system with an integrated power cable and stainless steel wire rope. This is attached to an Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) to create a durable one-piece component that can be installed by just one person without a work-over rig. Since all the valuable equipment is down-hole and cannot be removed without a spooler, it is also protected from theft.
A video showing exactly how the new pumping system is installed, operated and serviced can be viewed at www.strippersolutions.com. For more information about the industrial products and services distributed through Global Industrial of America visit www.GlobalIndustrialofAmerica.com.
"We expect to issue an announcement soon regarding the completion of the distribution arrangement for the Blackstorm Oil Production System," says Millot. "At that time we will also provide information on how to order this groundbreaking portable pumping technology."
