Definitive Homecare Solutions, Ltd. (DHS), the developers of CPR+ home infusion, specialty pharmacy, and HME/DME software, announced this week the relocation of its headquarters into new, expanded facilities.
“With our continued growth in the homecare software market, we recognized the need to construct a facility to accommodate adding staff now and over the next several years,” said Jeff Johnston, Co-Owner of DHS. “Our customer support and rates of first call resolution are among our most important differentiators in the homecare software market. The new, larger facility will allow us to add the staff that we need to continue to provide the high-level of support and training services that our customers have grown to expect and to continue to surpass the offering of other software vendors in the industry.”
The new location adds more than 50% to DHS’ offices, including a new in-house customer training center and expanded conferencing and call center facilities. The company’s new headquarters is located at 707 Park Meadow Rd., Westerville, OH 43081. The telephone and fax numbers will remain the same.
