Habitat for Humanity is Building Homes in Bristol Township PA and has tapped Metro Public Adjustment, Inc., the Largest Public Adjusting firm in PA, to assist with the Volunteer efforts.
Bristol Township, PA, April 08, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Lower Bucks County based Public Adjustment Firm ICN Metro Public Adjustment has partnered with Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County to build 4 townhomes on Colonial Ave. in Bristol Township, PA.
This was a natural partnership. Both organizations are committed to providing families a “hand-up” and supporting the rights of individual Homeowners. Habitat families work hard for their homes; they contribute up to 375 hours of sweat equity and will pay a mortgage for their home through a special program. ICN Metro Public Adjustment is an advocate of the individual homeowner when negotiating property claim settlements with their respective Insurance Company.
Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County has been working in the northern end of the county for the past six years, concentrating efforts on developing and completing a mixed-income townhome community, Emerald Hollow Estates. With the completion of the upper Bucks County project, Habitat for Humanity is committed to focusing homebuilding program in the lower Bucks County area. “We are thrilled to have partnered with ICN Metro Public Adjustment on our Colonial Avenue property.” said Beth Adams of Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County.
