More on the GreaterGood Network
The GreaterGood Network began with The Hunger Site, the world’s oldest “Click to Give” website. The independent nonprofit GreaterGood.org has ultimate authority and discretion with regard to the distribution of these funds, and further information can be found at www.greatergood.org. Purchases of items from the GreaterGood Network Stores also benefit the charities as described on the sites and in the item descriptions.
The GreaterGood Network is devoted to addressing the health and well-being of people (particularly women and children), animals, and the planet.
During 2009, GreaterGood.org donated over $3 million to more than 50 charities worldwide. In the first quarter of 2010, contributions included more than $500,000 for nonprofits operating in Haiti following the earthquake.
