Raleigh Jeweler to Join Southern Bridal Show & Expo
The Raleigh, North Carolina kick-off of the 2010 spring wedding season begins with the Southern Bridal Show. Silverland Jewelry and Gifts will join the show for the first time as a major vendor of bridal jewelry for the bride and jewelry for bridesmaids.
Raleigh, NC, April 08, 2010 --(PR.com)-- One of the premier wedding events in the Triangle each year is the Southern Bridal Show & Expo. For over a decade, brides from the Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, and Wake Forest have flocked to the N.C. State Fairgrounds to see the latest in bridal fashions, meet with vendors, and learn about reception venues. This year's bridal show is expected to be better than ever, and includes a new entry: Raleigh bridal jewelry expert Silverland Jewelry & Gifts.
Silverland Jewelry on Falls of Neuse Road opened in the summer of 2009, after years as an Internet bridal jewelry retailer. Owner Ray Paquette says “the decision to open a boutique after so many years of success as an online-only jeweler was based on the opportunity to work with brides in person to help realize their wedding jewelry visions”. Special events like the Southern Bridal Show & Expo are especially exciting for Paquette, as it allows him to meet many area brides face to face.
The designers at Raleigh's Silverland Jewelry are working overtime to create beautiful new examples of their handcrafted pearl and crystal jewelry to bring to the Southern Bridal Show. “Triangle brides like bridal jewelry which blends timeless elegance with a touch of the contemporary”, explains Cynthia Balacco-Chief Designer, “and at Silverland, we always strive to offer fine craftsmanship with the most competitive pricing”. The opportunity to showcase their company's specialty jewelry alongside the most prestigious wedding professionals in the Raleigh area is something which the owners at Silverland Jewelry are very excited about.
Brides-to-be can find Silverland Jewelry, along with the top bakers, venues, photographers, and wedding consultants for one day only this spring. The Southern Bridal Show is the best place for a bride and her mother to meet all of the local wedding vendors under one roof. Beyond florists, stationers, caterers, and d.j.s, there will also be travel agencies to help with honeymoon plans and experts in bridal registries. One of the most popular features of the event is the hourly fashion shows, which highlight the latest trends in bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and wedding accessories.
The Southern Bridal Show & Expo will be held at the Jim Graham Building at the N.C. State Fairgrounds on Sunday, April 18, 2010. Show hours are from 11am to 4pm, and brides will want to be sure to come and register to win a complementary pair of Swarovski crystal earrings in their wedding colors made by the artisans at Silverland Jewelry.
