PSI Engineering - first to introduce high speed Envelope printing/feeding to the digital print market. For 20+ years PSI has developed Automation and Printing solutions for a wide assortment of print media. The latest addition to PSI’s digital printer series is the Laser Mail™ 3655 GA – featuring Spot-on-Color and Hot Folders. They will be unveiling the new ergonomic design and demonstrating how the system prints in Full Color using EFI Fiery Controller technology to deliver incredible color in “One Pass” at the On Demand Conference & Exposition show being held in Pennsylvania on April 20-22.
The Full Color Laser Mail™ 3655 GA prints On-Demand Variable data/Images in "One-Pass" on envelopes, Banners, Postcards and more. With it’s ability to print in Full Color - variable data information like addresses, indicia, personalized messages and graphic images all in “one pass” and “on demand”, the Laser Mail™ 3655 GA offers an economical alternative to short run press printing.
“Two new features of the Laser Mail™ 3655 GA system are the Spot-on-Color control and the Hot Folders.” states John Panunto, President of PSI Engineering. “The Spot-on-Color control allows color matching to be done at the printer level. The Hot Folders feature remembers previous print job set up information making repeat print job orders a breeze to print.” continues Mr. Panunto. “These two features alone will increase print job turn around time.” concludes Mr. Panunto.
PSI Engineering is fondly known as the “Paper Handling Experts” when it comes to feeding and printing difficult stocks. PSI’s Load-on-the-Fly feeder technology - a Trusted Solution in the field 10+ years – feeds and stacks up to 1000 envelopes and feeds difficult stocks such as card stock, postcards, glossy and non glossy.
At the On Demand Conference, PSI is located in booth # 649 and will be running live demonstrations of the Laser Mail system.
