P.AN.D.O.R.A. Seeking Equipment Donations for Public Service Announcement
Coral Gables, FL, April 10, 2010 --(PR.com)-- P.AN.D.O.R.A. (Patient Alliance for Neuroendocrineimmune Disorders Organization for Research & Advocacy) is seeking equipment donations to create and produce a Public Service Announcement (PSA) for its local South Florida regional area within and around Coral Gables, South Florida, where P.AN.D.O.R.A.'s headquarters are located.
The PSA aims to raise awareness of and to advocate on quality of life issues for patients affected by chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, Gulf War illness, multiple chemical sensitivities, environmental illnesses, and persistent Lyme disease.
To save on production and travel costs, the PSA will be filmed in or around Coral Gables, Florida.
The list of needed equipment and/or comparable equipment are as follows:
PowerMac G5 or newer
2x Soft box
2x Light Umbrella
1x Spot Light / Omni Light with Barn Door
1x White Backdrop with stand
1x Green (Chromakey) Backdrop with stand
Photo Camera DSLR
Laptops
1x Strobe light
“Donations of these items or a direct contribution to P.A.N.D.O.R.A. will help us to finally give a much needed voice and face to a community of sufferers who very much need their stories to be told in a way that a PSA can and will,” said Marly Silverman, who founded P.A.N.D.O.R.A. in July 2002.
