William Otey as the newest member of its professional staff. A registered architect in California, Mr. Otey’s background includes over 30 years experience in architecture, construction management, construction forensics and claims. His skills encompass building repair methodology, cost estimating, critical path method (CPM) scheduling, and expert witness testimony. He worked extensively in Los Angeles, the Bay Area and in Florida prior to relocating to Oregon.
