Print & Mail Photos Directly from iPhone with Picwing’s Free Application

Print and mail photos to loved ones directly from your iPhone with Picwing's free iPhone application

San Francisco, CA, April 15, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Picwing has released a free iPhone application that lets users send printed photos to their loved ones directly from their phone. Once linked to a Picwing account, users only need to take pictures from their iPhone to have them queued for printing – the photos are automatically sent to Picwing’s service and mailed to the user’s distribution list of friends and family.

Moms and dads have been enthusiastically using Picwing’s iPhone application to send printed photos of their young ones without having to deal with the ordinary time and hassle of getting photos printed. Picwing queues up photos and mails them out once or twice a month, depending on the user’s preference. Grandparents, aunts and uncles delight when they receive fresh photos regularly in the mail.

The iPhone application also lets moms and dads browse their photos, review the status of their prints, and even add a personal message to the back of each photo.

Picwing.com launched in October of 2008 and has become the easiest way to send printed photos to loved ones. They’ve removed much of the friction of keeping in touch the old-fashioned way for busy moms and dads. Besides their new iPhone application, they also offer many other widgets for getting digital photo printed and mailed, including an Android application, a desktop application, a Picasa plugin, and simply by sending photos through email.

Picwing offers different monthly and pay-as-you-go plans that start at $4.95/month or $0.19/print. Each monthly plan includes 15 prints per recipient, free shipping, and upto 6 recipients of your photos.
