Stuntman to Undertake His Greatest Challenge Yet

For years now Mr Crispy has swallowed swords, walked on glass, eaten fire, and an entire gambit of twisted stunts to entertain the masses. Now he's preparing for his greatest challenge yet, Tour De Tulsa.

Tulsa, OK, April 17, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Mr Crispy will be attempting the entire 100 mile ride of Tour De Tulsa for the first time on Saturday, May 1st. After 27 years of smoking and being overweight his entire life Mr. Crispy was not a picture of health. Then in 2007 the family curse hit and Mr Crispy was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. Having lost his mother when she was in her 40's and watching the effects of these diseases on his family Mr. Crispy took the news seriously and began a number of physician supervised weight loss programs to no avail. Finally last year Mr Crispy began the journey to go through gastric bypass surgery and on October 13th went under the knife. Now just 7 months after the surgery Mr. Crispy is 100 pounds lighter and nearly at his ideal weight, he's been smoke free for a year now, and is off all medication. "I had to loose some on my own before they'd approve the surgery" states Mr. Crispy "so I took up cycling and set a goal before I even knew if they'd do the surgery to make this ride."

Mr. Crispy formed The Crispy Family Carnival in 2002 while living in Denver, Co. Returning to his hometown in 2006 Mr. Crispy continues to travel the U.S. with his performance troupe performing such events, as Lollapalooza, Salt Lake Cities First Night Celebration, Inkn' the Valley Tattoo and Sideshow Convention, and many more. Mr. Crispy also runs Mr. Crispy Entertainment providing fire performances, sideshow, circus, and DJing services, and Tulsa Alternative Ceremony providing civil, non-denominational, and themed wedding ceremonies.
