About the Presenters
Tom Hayes is a Managing Partner & Principal at the New England Consulting Group and a key participant in the company’s marketing due diligence, healthcare, consumer packaged goods and business intelligence practices. Prior to joining New England, Tom was Executive Vice President and Director of Publicis Healthcare. Tom was also a long-time Senior Executive at major advertising agencies (JWT, Esty, Wells Rich Greene) specializing in managing their most demanding and intense marketing clients, including Procter & Gamble, Nabisco, Pfizer and Chesebrough-Ponds. Mr. Hayes has a B.S. degree in Metallurgical Engineering from North Carolina State, an MBA from Wharton Graduate School, and an LLB.
Bob Barocci is President & CEO of The Advertising Research Foundation. Prior to joining ARF, Bob was Director of Communications at New School University and part of Bob Kerrey’s leadership team. Bob spent 21 years at Leo Burnett, culminating in the position of President of Leo Burnett International. After Leo Burnett, he was Founder/CEO of McConnaughy Barocci Brown and then invited to become Director of Central/East Europe for Young and Rubicam. He holds an M.B.A. from Harvard University and a Phi Beta Kappa Mathematics degree from the University of Wisconsin.
