The more the better.” Jackson’s own experiments began in 1918 on his father’s farm in the mountains of British Columbia and from there included: chemistry and civil law degrees from the Universities of British Columbia and from McGill; stage and lighting managing in college and community theaters and in Vancouver’s Theater in the Park (for tuition money); infantry instructing; motorcycle dispatch riding; and battle training as a lieutenant in the Canadian Army. Jackson has been an international patent attorney in Toronto, Delaware and New York for DuPont, Johnson & Johnson and Hercules. He holds memberships in the Bars of Quebec and Ontario, the Council of Episcopal Dioceses of New York, the Inter-Parish Council of Midtown Manhattan, and the World Future Society.
