Alzheimers Movie "Schism" Debuts on Netflix; Distribution Partnership with Passion River Films
Erie, PA, April 20, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Lyons Den Productions is proud to announce they have partnered with Passion River Films to assist in the distribution and marketing of their feature film “Schism”. As a result of this partnership “Schism” will be available next month through Netflix, the top DVD movie rental service. Over the past two years “Schism” has won awards and played in venues from coast to coast. Shown from the perspective of the afflicted this dramatic film tells the story of one man's descent into the world of Alzheimer's dementia.
Of the film’s continued success, writer/director John C. Lyons said, “Hard work and perseverance have gotten us to this point, but now it’s truly in the hands of the consumer as the next four weeks are absolutely crucial for the film. Simply by adding “Schism” to their queues, Netflix customers across the country will not only determine the longevity of “Schism” in the rental market, but help us greatly with retailers and educational communities as well.”
